Most people think that determining the value of a piece of Real Estate is just someone's opinion of value. Well it isn't that simple. Appraisers must determine value while using certain standards and methods. If you understand some of the basic methods, you can apply them yourself and determine the value for a piece of Real Estate. If you are a home buyer, I'll list out how we go about determining value, maybe you can get some valuable tips that will make your home search easier or break a deadlock on which home to buy.
